It is sad to see threads on this platform about how the negligence of the medical practitioners led to the death of their loved ones, while I cannot rule out negligence on the parts of the healthcare providers, it is important to know that these government hospitals have policies that has to be followed.
people grief differently and most times if we lose a family or friend at any hospital, we are quick to blame the doctors and paint the nurses as witches.
In the incidence of any emergency, a case note must firstly be obtained and some certain fees paid before the patient will be attended to unlike in private hospitals where the response is prompt. it's not as though the staff of the government hospitals are mean but they have some certain rules they follow.
