the people at the service center in ikeja have not been able to set up d browser configuration on the phone.and they have deducted my 500 naira. what can i do. they keep telling me to come back that it is network problem. is it that the phone is too complicated for them? |

Hello Segun, i use a pearl 8120 BB but i'm on mtn BIS. Most problem you would have on blackberry configuration maybe due to the fact that the phone maybe unlocked for voice service but remains locked for Data service. Is your Phone a branded one? i.e Vodaphone, orange etc? To check go to option, go to advance options,go to SIM card, you must have the indication SIM card: Security Disabled. or it might just be there network, change to another network then, MTN is N5000 per month, Glo is N4500 |
