2017 NYSC Batch A Requirements For Registration/Mobilization Of Graduates

This is to inform all prospective corps members, that have graduated from Universities and Mono/Polytechnics both at home and abroad that the NYSC On-line registration portal will be opened from Thursday 20th of April to Saturday 6th May, 2017 to enable them register for the 2017 Batch ‘A’ mobilization.
In order to ensure a seamless registration, prospective corps members are to note the following for strict compliance:

www.portal.nysc.org.ng
Prospective Corps members should ensure that they have functional e-mail addresses that they can access and Nigerian (GSM) telephone numbers with which to register.
Locally trained prospective Corps members are expected to use correct Matriculation numbers to register
For locally-trained graduates, only those whose names appear in the Senate/Academic Board Approved Result lists submitted by their Institutions will have access to the register on the NYSC portal.

Any info on the approved registration centres?

Please I'm a foreign trained student and I have just completed my studies... I have a full Transcript and meet all the requirement for the NYSC registration except for the fact that my institution hasn't issued a certificate yet as it usually takes a few month after completion of studies.. I am planning to fly to Nigeria to register for NYSC, am I eligible to register for the 2017 Batch A registration even without a certificate just full transcript of studies? pls help out as I do not want to waste a year doing nothing
