The common accidents of concrete mixer:

1. The installation and protection device of equipment have problems, which is a threat to the operator's safety.

2. The electricity in construction site is not safe, there is leakage phenomenon, so as to cause electric shock accident.

3. Human body injury is caused by the violation of operating regulations and illegal operations.

According to the common accident office room decoration, the operator should start work from the following points:

1. The mixer should be installed in the flat place and the mechanical installation should be stable and firm.

2. All kinds of mixers should rotate to mix in one-way direction.

3. Before starting work, it should check whether the insulation and grounding of electrical equipment is good and the protection device of belt wheel is complete.

4. Before adding the aggregate stationary concrete batching plant, it should start a test run. After the mechanical operation is normal, it can mix.

5. If there is a sudden stop in the middle of the mixing hotel decoration, the aggregate should be removed first, when it restarts, there should be no aggregate in the hopper.

6. The hopper should have an insurance hook. When the bucket is stopped, it must be hung up.

7. It mustn’t have people under the concrete mixer’s hopper and the non-operating personnel shall not operate machinery.
