Eye witness account says that a cab man who is unidentified escaped death in the early hours of today, Monday, about 2:15am at Ben Aris Hotel road, Nkata Ibeku in Umuahia North, Abia State, as his car, a Passat wagon, rammed into gutter while he drove drunk He was said to have been returning home on a high speed, when he lost control and plunged into the gutter.
