Pork Fried Rice(Recipe) This meal took exactly 1 hour to prepare and the result = magnificent! marinating the pork was a great idea as it turned out just fine. We added some chicken broth to the rice and this gave it a very different taste. The meal requires no extra effort. Ingredients 360 g pork (boneless) 2 cups rice 4 tbs vegetable oil 1 can mixed vegetables 1 pc pepper 2 tbs soy sauce 2 pcs egg 1 teaspoon salt 1 stock cube Method Wash and cook the rice and set aside Marinate the pork with stock cubes and salt for in the fridge for about 30 minutes Pour the oil in a large skillet. Stir fry for about 2 minutes or until slightly brown and set aside Pour the rice into the large skillet for about 2 minutes. Stir in some chicken broth and soy sauce.
