A Humble, Texas, lady has been accused of youngster danger and irritated attack with a lethal weapon after she professedly sent recordings and photos of her manhandling 1-year-old child to the kid's dad, PEOPLE affirms.

Janelle Peterkin, 23, is blamed for stuffing a plastic pack in her child's mouth and covering his head with the plastic sack and after that tying it in a tangle, as per court records got by PEOPLE, which assert the manhandle occurred on March 13 as she sat in her auto with the kid.

"A portion of the recordings he was quite recently crying," she says. "He is shouting as loud as possible."

Broadnax says she is still in stun.

"I would have never scrutinized her [Peterkin's] child rearing," she tells PEOPLE. "She posts about [her son] consistently. We thought everything was great, and after that we discovered this was going on. She revealed to me it was a one-time thing."
