Dear MrOlu,
How are you? And how's life and your business? Still struggling right? Thought
as much, but do not be weary, only what you're good at will bring you before
noblemen, keep it on.
Hope you know that no one cares. Face the facts. Man is Man.
See, your parents will tell you they've tried someday. Your extended families will
keep extending only their greetings to you. The government will advertise
occupied lucrative vacancies in the papers or pay you as if you'll never get
married or probably be barren. You'll be a laughingstock to that your underage
boss. Your female boss will start giving you that wink just to ruin your
relationship. Your male boss might even be buying you drinks every Friday night
but will never promote you. Among your supposed friends are those trying to
sleep with your girl. Your female friends just want to make Forbes list from your
income. The street guys are waiting for you to order for beers and party all
night. The street girls are waiting for a token for sex. Your colleagues are
waiting for the day you'll call them, Sir. The neighbours are waiting for you to
come with your begging plates.
You see! No One Cares. Life evolves around "just in case".
MrOlu, if you are lucky enough to have two or three friends that have cried and
laughed with you, never let them go cos outside this circle are people with
headache and story-listeners. More importantly, you'll meet a lady ready to
dream up with you. Don't push her away. Maybe it's just time.
Let your offspring know that why we have this life is to die feeling fulfilled one
day, imparting one or two before then is the key. Cos with or without this key
and no matter the number of cars we have, we'll all be late one day.
Tell your girls that men are ladies-in-beards - nothing special, they can be
whatever they want. Tell your boys that joblessness is not lack of jobs, but lack
of creative ideas. If they are not good at anything, they're just tools for a doer.
In your business, always create, avoid duplicating to reduce competition. In your
home, sit on the throne with the same lady at your right hand. Work as if
there's no miracle, Believe as if gold can rain. Never forget the woman that
didn't dump you somewhere or the man that didn't spare the rod.
Never blame anyone for your misfortune, there's no light without darkness
maybe that's why life is not fair. I pray you make it out like a champion, but if
becomes blurry, please open doors for your kids. Follow your dreams now while
you don't need a staff and own as many staff as possible.
My regards to the champions you're raising everywhere, keep telling them they
can be gods in their worlds but they need to be decent about it.
I love you.
