Pple are not hitting the nail...

Simple, dont build anything-houses, shops, kiosks, stalls, under high tension wires....they wont listen. Dont display ur wares or goods by the road side, they won't listen, govt doesnt want dem to eat....see wht ate innocent fans nw

The common say is the govt doesnt want them to eat....it is always for you and every other innocent people's safety. Safety first! The owner of that viewing centre might escape that accident nw oo

Well, RIP to the victims

Is that a hospital or a laundry house.

RIP to the dead, quick recovery to the injured!

Don't die before you die, call the attention of the government agencies to the known sources of death in your immediate environment.

Kai! No enough power supply...even when there is power for few hours, transformers must explode somehow, and high tension wires must cut. I wonder what will happen if we are to have light in some Nigerian communities for 72 hours non-interruption!

My dear, the only place that can boast of steady & partially uninterupted power supply in 9ja is Otukpo. They have steady power due to the dam built by sen. David mark in akpegede.
Travellers who knows otukpo can attest to this.

Who's to blame for this?

Definitely not God, because he gave us common sense for reasoning

RIP to the dead

Hope Manchester United Fc will send their condolences [/b]

Really? Who's to blame? Nigeria of course. Do you know that in a normal country all the survivors would be multi millionaires by the end of the year? That is by the time they are done suing the pants of the company/agency/government responsible for maintaining whatever caused this disaster? The indifferent way Nigerians treat maintenance is a disgrace to say the least. What a country.

So there are laws that permit you to build structures under high tension wires?

PHCN and substandard materials are like 5&6. With wrong connections everywhere.

Na to thief armor cables them sabi sad
This is not about PHCN..is about the greedy builders who build without proper planning and also the town planners who refuse doing things the proper way.how will someone put up a structure under a high tension cable.

And so?
What would you say about Nigerian politicians who owns a whole transformer installed in their compounds?

Are this transformers not supposed to be installed far away from where people live?

Our stone age mentality is just a factor for why tragic things happens to us
