Introducing HollaNow 1.0, A Smart Phonebook For Nigerians (RATE THE APP) by TheLastNaijaDon: 10:54am On Apr 22, 2017
Good day Nairalanders, today i want to introduce to an app which i think is Nigeria's smartest app seen in recent times. We have seen all sort of apps sprung up from every corners of the Country but this one, to me, seems to be the best thing that happened to our Nation. I hope the founder pays me for this PR but its not a bad idea to inform everyone of a good idea. Maybe, If you also have an exciting innovation, i could do the same. So, what is this HollaNow??

HollaNow is a smart phonebook that gives users a wider search for contacts, beyond the ones saved on their smart phone. You can search for numbers of Family, Friends, organizations, emergency units, security agents, government parastatals etc. Its simply a phonebook that is smarter. For instance you can search for phone numbers of Police, Human Rights, Fire Service, EFCC, Suicide Counselors, SON, FRSC, LASTMA, VIO, NAFDAC (these contact not exclusive to the big guys anymore), and also friends you lost contact with etc.
So you don’t need to bother yourself anymore when you want to call someone and dont know where to find their contact, just search a name you can remember on HollaNow to get the contact details (email & phone number).

Not just that…..

You can also add additional information on your profile like your occupation –be you a programmer- and a brief of the services you offer –assume you specializes in web design-, so when other users search for e.g. fire fighter, LGA chairman, CEO Ifeco electronics, graphics designer, electrician or lawyer, they find the contact they need by searching from their Phonebook. There would be no point asking your neighbor for numbers of mechanic or estate agent when you can just search and mind ya bizness.

You: Bro, Is That all?
Me: NO.
You: What again?

Now, Imagine you are going to meet someone in a new location and then your phone switches off? E don ‘bee’ for you bah?. But No, you are not stranded yet, you can still reach the person. HOW? If the person is registered on HollaNow, all they need do is look for the nearest smartphone with HollaNow and search the phone number of the person by their registered name. If the person is not registered, get the nearest phone with HollaNow, Log the owner out, Log in and you find your own phone contacts.

Me: Make sense bah?
You: Oboy, e make brain.
Me: You see why you should have it on your phone.

You can also backup your contacts, so when you change your smart phone; with their username and password, your contact list remains the same for life!
HollaNow Technologies is on a mission to give unlimited access to contacts you need whenever you need it, reduce stress when your phone goes off or gets stolen, give you easy access to phone numbers you need when stranded or in an threatening situation and finally, never to lose contact with your besties.

So What are you waiting for? Go Download the smart phonebook, HollaNow and keep on your phone, You never know when shit would happen.
HollaNow is available on Google playstore. Download here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.doxa360.android.betacaller&hl=en

We are very sorry for your experience. We are working on getting it sorted out, so you can get connected to whatever contact you need. (issues pop up you know).

For now, kindly register via the web and log in on the app.
Regards.

PS: Not everyone is having this issue, some went seamlessly and are using the app.
