me,who wud miss? by seyefar(m): 4:55pm On Dec 10, 2005 |
Me, who would miss? What would life be like without me? Would it be better? Would there be pain? Would my mother be happier? Would she still enjoy the rain? Even if I didn't exist, the sun would rise. God would be God. The world would remain. Why do I get down and think like this? Who does it serve? Me, who would miss? I am in a dark world overgrown with webs and trees. It isn't very pleasant, there's many locks, yet no keys. I love my wife with all my heart. She helps me continue fighting. At times I ask myself, why should I start? There is no use to leave my hiding. Friends come and go, family is always the same. If one looks hard enough, past generations will show the way they came. They point to god, look to him in times like this. You look and you'll see. I remember what they say and beg, "Father, please, please help me." When it all stops I think back and say, I cannot forget what happened today. I always look to the end of my nose. It's hard to see past that part of my face. I can't look farther for when tomorrow comes I end up in as yesterday in that same dark place. Things eternal are hard for me to see, yet when I try, my nose is enough for me. Liz gives so much and I want more. She takes so little and I feel ignored. Idle hands are a devils workshop. I'm sorry Lord, my mind's hard to stop. poppylove.... |
