Infinix Mobility launched the 2nd generation of its Hot S Series, the Infinix S2 aka the #WefieMaster, on the 24th of April, 2017. The Wefie Master is the first smartphone in Africa to come with the front dual camera feature.

The Focus point:
The device is tagged the Wefie Master because it has the ability to accommodate more people in a single selfie. WEFIE means “Group Selfie.” It is a photographic portrait taken in the same position as selfie but with a wefie camera i.e Dual Camera which captures more people in a shot. The 13MP camera at the front of the S2 takes a normal selfie while the second 8MP camera is for wider angle selfie. The dual front facing camera will bring about a wider angle selfie (135Degree) and it is equipped with a single LED flash for low light wefie.

It comes in two variants — the Infinix S2 and the S2 Pro. The major difference is the 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage on the S2 while the S2 Pro comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage.

Not a downgrade, it's an upgrade. The screen is a 2.5D glass and still retains the HD resolution of the Hot S.
