JOB TITLE: SENIOR PARTNER (STRATEGY)
JOB LOCATION: Abuja

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate must:
(i) Be able to conduct strategic and innovative planning;
(ii) Be able to develop Business models and concepts;
(iii) Be able to develop marketing messages and marketing campaigns;
(iv) Be able to successfully implement marketing plans and strategies;
(v) Be able to write excellent Business Plans;
(vi) Be able to make excellent and intuitive presentations

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate must:
(i) Posses a minimum of a first degree. BSc in Management, Social Sciences, Law or Engineering is an added advantage. MBA is also an added advantage;
(ii) Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a relevant field;
Be between the ages of 21 – 35 years;
(iii) Be computer literate and IT savvy;
(iv) Be able to work with little or no supervision
(v) Possess excellent business writing, communication and interpersonal skills;
(vi) Be able and willing to work in an upstart organisation

REMUNERATION:
N40,000 – N60,000

JOB TITLE: SENIOR PARTNER (TRAINING)
JOB LOCATION: Abuja
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate must:
(i) Be able to research and develop training programmes;
(ii) Be able to develop training plans and marketing strategies;
(iii) Be able to conduct aggressive marketing to close training deals;
(iv) Be able to co-ordinate and facilitate training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate must:
(i) Possess a minimum of BSc in any discipline;
(ii) Have a minimum of two (2) years work experience in relevant fields. Experience as a training consultant is an added advantage;
(iii) Be between the ages of 21 – 35 years;
(iv) Be computer literate and IT savvy;
(v) Possess excellent marketing and networking skills;
(vi) Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

REMUNERATION:
N40,000 – N60,000
