Description
The Offline Sales Agent will be responsible for pitching the company's services to prospective clients and ensuring sales.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell premium services to prospective clients
• Initiate transition to premium package for existing accounts
• Initiate meetings with existing account and close sales in 3 days after existing package lapses.
• Educate clients on how to use platform, upload pictures and make good description of goods.
• Attend all team meetings with team Lead to plan execution of prospective sales.
• Support clients to provide solutions on the platform.
• Plan visits and write reports for each contact with client.
• Ensure clients Ads and premiums are activated after payment.
• Maintain good customer relationship with existing clients to ensure retention
• Consistently meet daily/ weekly and monthly targets and goals as set by management

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a good command of verbal and written English
• Must be familiar with various locations/ areas in Lagos and environs
• Proven ability to effectively manage Smartphones and Apps
• Must possess great passion to succeed despite extreme pressure
• Must be results-oriented and able to convert created visits to sales
• Must possess an entrepreneurial disposition and take ownership
• Outstanding Interpersonal skills with a confident, pleasant and friendly attitude are key
• Presentation Skills are key

Qualification

• Minimum BSc/ OND in any relevant field
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or related field preferably in a target driven environment

Reports to: Key Account Manager

This position is a Contract position renewable based on performance and requires self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mind-set.
