I want to build a 3bedroom flat. I have been making enquiries about how to and then decided to come here.
My findings has been roughly;
Buy a land
Make survey
Draw plan
Build
Roof
Plaster + installations etc.
Please does anyone has an idea how much I should be looking at, what to consider etc.

With a better finish budget 6million or more it depends on your taste

First of all get a land in Akure, then building plan from an architect, then ask a quantity surveyor to give you the cost. All these should not be more than 1million Naira with the building approval. I can give a helping hand if you reach me 09020210471.
