BE LOYAL

Loyalty is one of the most important traits every employer looks for in an employee.It does not matter how good you are at your job. You have to be seen as being loyal to your organization and your boss. Always be discreet with information and do not go around gossiping about your boss with colleagues. Your job is to make your boss succeed.
