With the view to strengthening and expanding its business service delivery, the company requires young, committed, result-oriented and self-driven persons to fill the following vacancies: LOCATION: LAGOS REMUNERATION: VERY ATTRACTIVE Customer Development Manager (CDM/01/07) The successful candidate will report to the Country Director and will proactively develop new accounts while working with existing clients to grow new businesses and relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage territory effectively to achieve agreed business plan. Ensure achievement of agreed sales targets in line with business plan. Prospect and expand base plan and consistently identify new sources of businesses Build and develop relationship with key accounts and end users through customer visits and follow-up calls. Conduct customer /market surveys, identify customer needs and key requirements Develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and operating market environment Introduce new products and uses to customers by conducting product trials and demonstrations Qualification / skills First degree in Chemistry, Bio-chemistry or Food science, MBA an advantage Between 35 – 40 years Minimum of 3 years, with at least 2 years in a similar position in the Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Food/Beverage or related sectors Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite of products including Microsoft word, Excel and Power point Must have good verbal / written communication and Interpersonal skills Must be a motivated self-starter Customer Service Engineer (CSE/01/07) The position reports to the Customer Development Manager and will be primarily responsible for Sales effort support by providing Technical Engineering Service back up to facilitate proper appreciation and use of products. Key Responsibilities: To maintain customer satisfaction by providing frontline technical contact for customers, dealers and end-users. Explore and validate specific customer service needs and queries. Provide technical expertise necessary to deliver the specified technical service Qualification / skills A good Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MBA an advantage Between 30 – 35 years 2 years experience preferably in the Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Food / Beverage or related sectors. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite of products including Microsoft word, Excel and Power point Must have project management experience with planning skills, demonstrate good analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills Must have good verbal / written communication, persuasive and Interpersonal skills, Must be mobile and willing to travel at very short notices Assistant Human Resources Manager (SHRM/01/07) The position reports to the Human Resources Manager. The incumbent will assist in driving Human Resources and Administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: To Co-ordinate Performance Management review exercises Draw and implement Staff Development programs Maintain accurate staff database and employee records Liaise with Employers’ Federation and other trade / statutory bodies. Implement agreed Staff Welfare programs Qualification / skills A good Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, MBA an advantage Between 30 – 35 years Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite of products including Microsoft word, Excel and Power point Must have good verbal / written communication, Interpersonal and numeric skills 2-3 years experience in various HR activities preferably in a manufacturing sector Good knowledge of HR principles and the Labour law.
