Do not mind the man. just go straight to printing of the admission letter and you will be required to pay i think 1,000 via using an ATM card. You can also do it yourself with a computer/laptop.

If you want to get your JAMB admission letter, you need not to wait for KOFA to be updated before you can be able to print or get your jamb admission letter. If it is UNIBEN ''congratulatory'' admission letter you want to print, you have to wait for the KOFA page/site to be updated before you can be able to get/print it.

I suspect u went through http://caps.jamb.gov.ng
Try logging into ur normal profile at jamb.org.ng/efacility/ and then (using Chrome and desktop mode) click (or touch) caps on the drop down menu
