How do i go about it. This has been going on for more than three months. Every time i recharge, they automatically deduct either 100naira or 50...sometimes 1k gone within 5 days for caller tune, entertainment subscription, soccer new- all these nonsense i did not subscribe for. I'm tired of calling thier customer care...telling me the same crap over and over. Also happening to two of my friends. Please guys what are the steps to take. We already contacted one lawyer. But what's next ?
