Strangely, Nokia 3310 will be sold for £59.99 in the UK as listed on Clove, roughly translating to N23,678.65 in Nigerian currency although a miracle may happen for my Nigerian friends hoping that the price gets slashed. If you were a fan of the old Nokia 3310, the probability of buying the new Nokia 3310 is high.

Here are 3 reasons why buying the modern Nokia 3310 may not be worth your money.

1. Connectivity
It comes as a surprise that during a period when the world is moving towards 5G networks, Nokia 3310 is offering just 2G network (I hope they know we are no more living in caves!).

In the event that you mean serious business and loves keeping in touch with friends and family using the internet, then this ought not to be your first choice as you will be frustrated by the day's end.

2. Internal storage
The phone features a 16MB internal storage with 32MB expandable memory. (Hello! we aren’t using Diskettes anymore and we don’t plan to do so).

If you are a selfie or wefie person, then you just got served as the new nokia 3310 don’t have enough storage for that kind of thing.

OP for the sake of sanity it's not a smartphone. And it wasn't built for selfies.

The phone doesn't support 3rd party apps and you can only connect to the Internet using the preset browser. Believe me you won't want to share pictures on social media with that browser.
