You will have to go for Foundation program first pathway to University you need 5credit in WAEC or NECO plus overall band of 6.0

My question is . is it possible to get a direct employment based on the fact that am not living in Australia.

Bro am also UAE base, but I won't lie to you,no company will employ you if you are outside Australia they prefer does who are in Australia if you need to work in Australia apply for working visa if you see one or student visa that's what I will tell you.
