Over 100 people are being treated at Takoradi Port Hospital following two gas explosions that went off Tuesday morning at the Sekondi-Takoradi road, the oil hub of Ghana. Eyewitnesses and officials from the Ghana National Fire Service, said the explosion occurred “at about 7: 10 Tuesday morning when a gas tanker discharging gas to another tanker exploded before the second went off around the Total filling station on the main Takoradi Highway.
