and i hear about some Nigerian friend said that charge more than 5% fee when they withdraw whey money to the local bank.

Also they offer to buy and sell Perfect money, OKPAY, Payeer, Paypal, Bitcoin .looks rate it is cheap, more than 1~3%fee
