RIVERS STATE CROWNS MISS GOLDEN JUBILEE
As part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Rivers State which kicked off in late January, there was a beauty Pageant Contest among other events and activities which took place at the Marquee Hall in the Presidential Hotels Port Harcourt on Friday 12th May.

The winner goes home with One million Naira and a brand new SUV Car. Miss Charity Ogwutum from Obio/Akpor LGA won the contest and was crowned Miss Rivers Golden Jubilee.

The event was aired live on National Television by African Independent Television (AIT) from the kick-off of the show on Friday night till the early hours of Saturday morning.
