This country is something else

Blame the lazy people we elected to the senate they have refused to address the menace of kidnapping or are we the only country in the world with cell phones why can't dey track them?they can get the israeli's to help them,people can send a virus from the other side of the world to your computer but they can't track an ordinary cell phone call in Nigeria?they should pass some tough legislative laws minimum 13 years for kidnappimg. Both the Federal and State Governments have not done enough public awareness on the ills of kidnapping.
