I do not know the exact place in Festac where the centre is but getting to Festac first should be paramount and from there, you can find your way to the centre.

From Agege, board a bus going to Oshodi. When you get to Oshodi you'll get buses going to Mile 2. Take any of the buses going to Mile 2. Drop at Mile 2, come down from the bridge and you will find buses going to Okoko, Satellite, Agboju axis. Board any of such buses and ask them to drop you at First Gate and that gate will be Festac gate.

You could ask your way around or ask some policemen who are always stationed at the gate.

Good. You could use any of the tricycles loading in front of the gate to get you to 7th Avenue.

All of the very best to you.
