According to Isah who shared the news,two guys rammed into a wrongly parked vehicle in Kontagora,Niger state due to the negligence of traffic personnel.Below is what he wrote...

'just in:negligence of traffic personnel across Nigeria is contributing to rate of accidents in our communities.
At kontagora opposite KONTAGORA MICRO FINANCE BANK and close to CENTRAL GARAGE, two young guy heated a long vehicle wrongly packed on high way'.

A policeman checking vehicle documents
An frsc official doing the job of a custom officer
A customer official doing the job of a vio
A lastma or traffic warden who leaves the traffic to gossip
A policeman who runs when their is robbery or assault but come back later to arrest innocent citizen
A civil servant that only comes to the office to mark attendance and goes back home.

If I am the president,all these people needs to be relieved but above all
