This is Sapele in Delta State. It is an Urhobo city, not an Igbo city. However, the accused persons are Igbos who maybe migrants from Delta North (Anioma) or the SE. Urhobos DO NOT bear anything "Chukwu" as name! Urhobo and Igbo are NOT even similar in any way. Urhobo is an Edoid language that is even closer to Yoruba.
