Please i would like to get enlightened on what protects a man against a false rape accusation or false domestic violence accusation in cases where women uses it as a weapon against their target as there are so many cases as such which has put people (mostly men) on lengthy jail terms but latter found to be innocent..

So, what mechanisms whether legal, social or otherwise are in place to address or curb such issues/vices just the same way we have so many mechanisms put in place to curb rape and domestic violence especially against women in our society..
