need use HTML browser code editor like code mirror to compile the code all the layout and tutorials in HTML css and js for a light weigh apk file for offline users

Why in the name of the Lord will you build a new e learning app? When the entire world (Nigerian and African Universities inclusive) already use Moodle? Why not focus on solving the problems people encounter with Moodle? For an entrepreneur you should be looking at the business side and not trying to rebuild the wheel.
