Not really, we were discussing when the question came up, My guy said it's a vegetable but I doubted, that's why I came here for clarification! Thank you.

Then he probably saw d video too... It's one of those comedy skits where ppl are asked questions and u get hilarious answers and responses.. D question asked was wat d total number of "FRUITS" were after adding a couple of named fruits and den a couple of tomatoes.. D general misconception is dat tomato is a vegetable but dats totally wrong...

vegetable are different from fruits
however they are two type of vegetables namely fruity vegetables n leafy vegetables
eg of fruity vegetables r tomatoes,pepper,cucumber,okra while leafy vegetable are jute mallow, green vegetables.
note fruits plantation is known as orchard.
though, looking at ur question ones need t sit down n ask why cucumber belong t vegetables n I guess that is whey
they come with the word fruity vegetables but in real sense they are not d same.
