Creating a verified PayPal account is easy, maintaining it is the problem.. You need to know that PayPal is open to Nigerians but we cant accept funds from other PayPal accounts... We can only buy stuffs online with it.. So getting paid via PayPal means you need to open your account in other countries where their PayPal can accept funds.. Doing that from Nigeria ideally is not possible because PayPal will recognize your country via your IP address and of course your cards and bank accounts... The only way around it is to somehow cheat by using another country's IP address, address, credit card, phone number and bank account...
