Captain John Terry ends his glorious Chelsea football career with a mid-half guard of honour by Chelsea players on the field of play amidst outpouring of emotions.

Terry was substituted at exactly 26th minutes, the number he wore with Chelsea for 17 years of his football career.

As a sign of appreciation to the retiring legendary captain, Chelsea fans sang “he’s won it all” as he walked off the pitch to a standing ovation before being replaced by Gary Cahill.

For now, no one for sure knows if today’s game would mark the end of his footballing career or he may want to consider offers from other clubs.
