It was surely celebrations galore at the Stamford Bridge this evening as Chelsea F.C. coasted to to a record Premier Leafue win in their final game of the season. The Premier League Champions broke the record for Premier League wins in a single season when they picked up their 30th victory of the season against Sunderland on Sunday. It was definitely an evening to remember as they went on to celebrate the Title in grand style under the watchful and delightful eyes of Club Owner Roman Abramovich.

In the game itself, Chelsea spanked Sunderland by five goals to one to seal the record through goals from Willian, Eden Hazard, Pedro and a double from Michy Batshuayi.

As was to be expected, the after match celebrations were simply fantastic as the spirit of jubilation strolled round the whole arena with Manager Antonio Conte, other members of the coaching crew, the players and their family members stormed the pitch in celebration with the fans doing same in the stands.
