Dear nairalanders, the notice of the government to revoke all land that are not developed within lekki peninsula scheme I of 14-01-2010 in Punch which state thus " RE: PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE 3 MONTH ULTIMATUM ISUED TO ALLOTTEES OF LEKKI PENINSULA SCHEME I TO TAKE PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF THIER PLOT BEFORE THE 18TH OF JANUARY 2010, "

it with concern that all those that have stake in the plots at lekki scheme I, should try take possession and tell family and friends who have plots there either home or aboard.
And also those that are buying should be careful not to buy a revoked plot.
All owners should also make sure they get building plan approval ,pay their ground rent up to date, and all other land charges owning to the plot to Lagos State government or its Agencies,

Any information on Land Owners for LekKi Scheme 2 or have all Block Surveys been completed for these yet ??
