Katsina State Police Command don dey search for three-man gang, wey abduct one year old baby from her mama, Suwaiba Ahmadu, kon gang rape her for Danja Local Government Area of the state.

As report take talk, Suwaiba dey come back from Angwan Bawa area for Danja LGA, when the suspects attack her.



This matter so happen on Sunday, when two members of the gang meet the mother of the pikin for one lonely road kon deceive am make dem carry am ontop okada go where she dey go.

When the suspect reach one junction, one of them kon grab the pikin for the mama back kon run enter one bush wey dey there before the third suspect sef kon join them. The three of rape the pikin turn by turn.

The Katsina State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Isha Gambo, confirm the matter, say the police don arrrest one of the gang members as the remaining two don run.

He say,

“At a point along the bush path, the baby, who was strapped to the back of the mother, was forcefully taken from the mother by two members of the gang. They ran inside the bush with the baby, where another member was waiting for them. The trio thereafter gang-raped the baby.

“One of the gang members, Saleh Suleiman, is already in the police net while the other two, whose names we cannot disclose yet, are still on the run.”

The police spokesman talk say the pikin papa, Jibril Ahmadu, na em report the matter to Central Police Station, Funtua, and dem don carry the pikin go General Hospital, Funtua, where dem dey treat am.
