They can't, JAMB has released date for exam as March, Basic must write exams for 1st semester before Jamb exam. They must learn for at least 10 weeks so any delay can jeopardize the program.

from my little knowledge of tech.I can say probably you didn't allow the file to download completely before deactivating your data.I hope this helps

Anextin,I had the same problem,I have used over 5 different phones and 2 different pc,even download other versions of pdf reader.
It was still the same.....
No need to worry,as that was only Batch 1
