Registration has started, pay acceptance, sign up to ecampus, fill clearance eligibility, upload scanned copies of o level, jamb admission letter, LGA, and where cleared online, proceed to pay fees and go for your medicals and physical clearance.

You will need to travel down but do so only when it has been confirmed that medicals has started. Documents for registration differ from admissions to faculty, some officers in the faculty can be over zealous so it's good you have everything correctly.
