Position: Head of Sales

Our company Paxo Pharmaceutical Limited is delighted to introduce to the market the position of Head of Sales.
The Head of Sales will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for Leading and building the Sales team.

The key responsibilities of the role will be:-
• Developing and implementing a successful sales strategy and process in line with business objectives
• Developing effective and robust sales campaigns to increase sales revenues from both new and existing customers
• Building a successful sales team through effective recruitment and development of existing sales staff
• Demonstrating effective leadership of the team to drive consistent high performance and desired behaviours throughout the team
• Conducting regular and effective coaching sessions which drives high performance
• Sales KPI performance monitoring
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate skills and experience in:-
• Building and leading a highly successful sales teams
• Effective delivery of a consultative sales process
• Operating within a senior role within a SME business
• Experience in Health and Beauty Industry is advantageous
Educational Requirements
B.sc/HND in Marketing/ Business Management/ Humanities or any related course.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Sales/Marketing
