Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Overall function

The primary role of the Human Resource Officer is to contribute to the implementation, coordination and provision of an efficient administrative support to the delivery of the Human Capital strategy, which is aligned with the business objectives.

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on all recruitment functions within the organization and to her clients.

• S/he will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the performance management functions internally and for her clients.

• Monitor processes and create reports

• Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients

• Manage relationship with existing clients

• Determine the training needs of our clients / staff and able to train others

• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues

Job Requirements

Suitable and Qualified Candidates must posses the following

• Have a university degree in administration, human resource management or other relevant disciplines
• Fluent in English Language (both oral and written)
• Must have 1-2 year experience working as an HR and administrative officer
• Must be skillful in interpersonal and communication
• Must have good level of computer skills: MS Office (Microsoft/excel)
• Must be a good team player

Dedicated and courteous Executive Driver with superior driving and customer service skills. Able to adjust schedule to meet changing executive customer priorities and preferences. Mindful of all city and state safety regulations for motor vehicle operation.

· Responsible for Executive vehicles to be cleaned and/or fuelled as requested.

· Responsible for checking engine fluids, inspecting interior and exterior electrical and mechanical components, maintaining tire pressure and keeping fuel levels at adequate levels.

· Maintains an on call status to respond to any and all other included duties to assist the CEO and any of his executives and their family members.
