Cheaper isn't always d best oo,I'm talking from a bitter personal experience.
Just tell them to give d correct quotation and inform him that U will personally go to d bank and pay d duty yourself, then hand over d papers to him while he does d running around b/w customs and d shipping company.
And even if he can somehow manage to have U pay less,no need for u to bring d car out and start suffering harassment from customs on d road,this govt is broke and na from citizens dem go take chop as as oil sale isn't booming any longer.
