Buy feldine by Pfizer or felvine...
Take two tablets twice daily throughout the duration of the flow.
Try to rest yourself,you can do a hot towel compress on your lower abdomen,by simply dipping towel inside hot water,squeeze a little and place over the abdomen.when it gets cold,repeat the process.
Try to lie prone (lying on your tummy).

Also if it continue the oral contraceptive drug is a sure way to stop mensturation pain.

try felvin,warm water and avoid eating salty foods,caffeine,fatty foods and carbonated beverages. Try be with someone dear to you, it helps a lot. my ex used to experience it. u can also try ginger. Grate a small piece of ginger and boil it in a cup of water for five minutes. Strain it and add a little honey and lemon juice. Drink this tea three times a dayduring your menstrual cycle.You can also add ginger in your food while cooking or suck on some ginger candies. sorry.

Just be careful of the drugs you take. At times, the side effects outweighs the immediate relief they provide. Be careful!

So sorry, try doing some exercise... Though drugs do help but I really don't think it does more good... Something we have to live with...

Sorry about your pains. Whille you are considering buying drugs, I suggest you check what you eat/drink. Chronic dehydration is closely related to the conditions you described. Drink more fluids, especially water. Try avoid/reduce junk foods/drinks like Soft drinks, tea, fried foods etc and observe the way your body responds.
