Same here. I believe they have to confirm everything, the process has just started.

I heard that physics department had conducted departmental test.Please,how true is this information?

Good afternoon, I applied to the dept of Epidemiology and medical statistics in the faculty of public health. During the admission application they didn't tell us that they are not admitting for the 2017 /2018 session only for them to tell us that now that we are awaiting for the dept selection exams. What do I do now, is it possible to change dept within the faculty or what do you advise me to do.

I had the same response for eligibility status. Also all my credentials are still awaiting confirmation....

It will soon be rectified, I have same on my eligibility status too.

I submitted three references, sent in my transcript wherein I had 4+ points, score EPT 49 but still my eligibility status reads NO. Please can someone quickly help out? What does this mean?

Guys, when I saw the NO, I called the department (ARCIS) and they claimed theywere just about to start admission process and it has nothing to do with the department. I was referred to the PG school. Those ones claimed they'd work on it and get back to me. They havent since monday. They claimed it could be as a result of server error though. They didnt give 100% assurance they'd work on it

My Eligibility status shows "Yes." But, this does not really mean a thing.

This is true, someone in ICT told me the NO is as a result of server error especially if you pass the test, your documents are well arranged and your referees responded correctly.

At first it was yamayama site for registration, giving too many issues now it is the NO saga, abeg I can not come and go and die.

BTW who knows the cut off mark for elect/elect? And when are we writing our departmental test? Let's do this thing and forget about it, I hate to think of an exam I will be writing, especially when I am jonzing around.

You are right my brother. The website is messed up. The cutoff mark for most department is 40; except for English, Linguistics, Art and Communication bla bla.

go to room D5 at pg school, lodge your complain and it will be resolved.
Make sure you go with your UI application form and a means of identification, probably a photocopy of your certificate

If by the 31st of November 2017 your proposed Department has not still conducted its test, then forget about anything relating to a Departmental Test because Admission list will likely be out latest by early parts of December this year. For me, am no longer expecting a Departmental Test from the Sociology Department, I believe they will use the EPT score to select those to be admitted.

Hello guys.

I am a OND holder in Marine Engineering.
The school I did my OND are currently under restructuring and repositioning. Because of that admission has been suspended for two years. I can't wait.
I wanna go for HND in another school. I have passion for computer and I would like to do computer science in my HND.
Please how do you see it? Is it possible?
Marine Engineering - Computer Science.
