boil the shaki and stockfish in vinegar till soft. The trick here be that vinegar is actually sweeter than normal water and you will get the sour taste to combine well with equally sour agidi ok. den add crayfish and okpei wen e don cook finish, let it boil and add sugar, pepe, paprika and two tablespoons of tomato ketchup ok. then when it boils take it off the stove and serve with rice, AGIDI or on its own wit chilled drink ok.
