I'm allergic to wheat flour. So I can't really eat anything made of flour, it includes all pastries n bread, including even Noddles, I need to know if they r other kinds of flours n where I can get it. God bless you. Wheat flour contain gluten n I'm allergic to it

Just found this your enquiry ! I am also gluten intolerant, meaning virtually no snacks for me. Anyway, I use corn flour , rice flour and I've once tried plantain once. Check YouTube for videos to prepare your personal snacks because 98%of snacks around (including cornflakes bad the rest) contain wheat, and thus gluten. One more thing baking with all these flours I stated produce results not as relishing as one done with wheat flour as gluten is the protein glue like material that makes wheat flour draw and give good taste ,so you'll need to fortify with more eggs and milk( if not lactose intolerant like me) and the rest. Phew, it's been a while since I baked! I hope this helps.
