Have you ever wondered if it's possible to know then your period will start?

Most women will have a sign before period starts and in some cases may be so severe. Some women may experience dysmenorrhea ( low abdomen pain) which is very severe.

Though it's easy to calculate your next period date if your cycle is regular; It's important to learn signs that will occur before your period.

Pre-menstrual period symptoms are common in 3 out of every 4 girls. They are:

Abdominal pain
Breast pain
Breast swelling
Mood changes
Loss of concentration
Headache
Vaginal dryness

This infographic from Medplux explains menstrual period signs.
