Responsibilities

• Juniorproduction operator is responsible for operating production machines of the aseptic packaging factory (printing, laminator, slitter and other equipment)as part of team working in the shift under supervision of senior operator. Junior operator shouldsupport senior operator during the shift. He should be able to learn on fly quickly and use his knowledge on practice immediately, so he can grow professionally fast.
• Junior operator should ensure perfect quality of products that he produces and stable output from equipment he operates by following quality and operational procedures that are established.Also he should strictly follow hygienic and safety standards implemented in the factory.
• Junior operator should actively participate in autonomous maintenance activities (including but not limited to cleaning, lubrication, inspection, maintenance of equipment, improvements proposal and implementation) in dedicated areas and
participate in improvement teams.
• Junior operator should ensure proper reporting during the shift.
• Senior operator should be flexible to work on different areas of the factory.


Salary range = N150,000 to N200,000
