I was installing nmap 5.0 but the installation didn't complete cos it wrote that microsoft visual C++ 2008 redistributable package(*86) won't install, my question is how do I fix this problem? |

a lot of apps require support applications to run/install these inclue the javaruntime environemnt the afrorementioned visual C++ runtime(2005, 2008) directx redistributable .net framework, 2.2, 3.0,3.5 having the latest runtimes installed on your pc is often the diffe btw an app installing/running or not. cheers. |
