Job Description

Review and attend to all forms of correspondence and communicate on behalf of the CEO
Represent the CEO in a professional manner to internal and external clients
Manage customer experience in different aspects of our overall business
Managing On-Time delivery of customer orders by ensuring all items are picked on or before schedule ship date
Prepare daily reports of store operations
Ensure products in stock are accurately maintained on all platforms
Work with other Internal Departments such as Product Sourcing, Manufacturing, etc
Anticipate and react to changing conditions that require decisions, actions and/or problem solving activities

Key skills

Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Strict attention to detail.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to appropriately balance multiple, competing priorities.
Highly motivated and self-driven to ensure our customers receive superior service and quality products
