Work from home or travel to our international office locations. We travel. Our lead is in Costa Rica after just going to Aruba and Vegas. Others are in Germany traveling to Thailand. We love traveling while still working very hard. Whatever we do we give our 100%.

If you have:

Excellent Command of the English Language (both Oral and Written)
A team player but can also work with minimal supervision
Prior support desk or customer support experience
OptimizePress, Leadpages or other design experience.
Prior experience creating videos for business or personal use (any other video editor as our product is a video creator /editor suite).
Experience creating training materials and videos.
Knowledge of basic HTML and Wordpress and Other Technical Skills
Drive to succeed and grow with the company
Ability to learn new software and then create training materials.
Then YOU ARE the Support Desk Specialist we are looking for!

Tasks include:

Customer communication and support
Using Intercom.io to respond to customer over live chat and support tickets.
Using Zendesk to track tickets.
Attending webinars (Gotowebinar platform) and responding to user questions (typing) live (text chat)
Watching our product tutorial videos to fully understand the products we sell.
Creating video and written tutorials with screenshots for our softwares.

What it's like to be part of the team:

You will join a team of fun loving individuals.
We guarantee 40 hours of week for full time staff
We do pay overtime as overtime is a requirement of the job on occasion.
You will are entitled to your 13th Month Pay
We want nothing but the best for you so we provide you the tools that you need including but not limited to a USB headset.
We understand that sometimes you may have to work overtime and make sure you are paid for the extra hours you rendered.
Nighttime shift is open for discussion
We do provide extensive training but have found that a good technical base is necessary.
We are a BYOD company, so team members are expected to provide their own laptop.
